Question by Alicia: What should a woman wear to a paving/construction job interview?
would really like to know what women should wear to a construction job interview. From how to have their hair all the way to there shoes. What really makes them look ready for the job?

Your hair should be clean and pulled back.
Make up and jewelry should be tasteful and modest. (It’s a job interview, not a date or a night club.)
Perfume should never be worn. (How much would it suck to lose a job because your interviewer is allergic to your perfume.)
Discretion should be used with regard to tattoos. I recommend covering them as much as possible. You never know what will alienate an interviewer.
Clothes should be clean and reasonable. For a construction position, no interviewer is going to expect a candidate to be wearing office clothes. Jeans or slacks are the norm.
Shoulders, cleavage and stomachs should not be visible (for women or men).
Shoes should be clean and functional.

for libra (Zodiac sign) My husband and I want to go and get our zodiac’s tattooed onto us. He is gemini, so his will be easy to do, but I am Libra, and I have no idea what I want yet. Yes, I know what you are saying, but I really have trouble making my mind up..plus, i cannot draw. I have a few ideas in mind, but I am asking for people’s thoughts and Ideas, so i can also consiter them too. p.s. we already have our kid’s names picked out….lol, but I know what you mean.
The butterfly thing..lol…LOL!!!….LMAO!!….lol…..ahhhh, yes. I plan on getting somethin glike that sometimes, same spot, only mine will stretch across my back the whole way on the bottom, and have flames (tiny butterfly, with huge flames)

I’m wanting to get a half sleeve irezumi tattoo.. the typical waves and Koi with cherry blossoms possibly… I am wondering how long this would take to do. I will be traveling to Japan in a week and want to get some flash work done out there and maybe an outline started so I am wondering how long it might take for an outline, maybe shading? If you say # of sittings, about how long would you say a sitting is? A few hours? How much work do you think could be done per sitting?

2 to 5 sittings, most likely.
Edit; Most likely, a sitting will last from 2 to 4 hours. Don’t forget about the week and a half to two weeks of healing in between sittings. I wouldn’t rush it though. Take your time, and good luck.

I want to give my boyfriend (of 10 months) a gift certificate for himself to go get a tattoo for his 22nd birthday. He already has several tattoos and talks about starting a sleeve on his arm. How much money should I put in the gift certificate? Or should I just make a homemade gift voucher stating that I will pay for his next tattoo at whatever place he chooses?

I would go with the homemade gift voucher. There are too many variables regarding price, plus he might have a preferred artist to go to. Or he might want to try someone new, but it’s best to let him choose the artist. I am sure he will love it.
